This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of 1181 (one thousand one hundred and eighty one) days of delay in preferring the appeal. The appellant was convicted under the provisions of POCSO Act. We have also found that the reasons for the delay have been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the delay stands condoned.
