Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint was filed by petitioner No.1 against respondent No.2 and her parent-in-law, which was challenged by them in Crl.P.No.5136/2023 and Crl.P.No.3939/2023, respectively. The both orders read as under:
"In Crl.P.No.5136/2023
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the petition.
2. Memo is placed on record.
3. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In Crl.P.No.3939/2023
Petitioners are the parents-in-law of respondent No.2/defacto complainant, according to whom they are unnecessarily dragged in the proceedings alleging offences punishable under Section 506, 498A, 504, 376, 323 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Challenging the criminal proceedings initiated against them, they have preferred this petition seeking quashing.
2. I have perused the complaint averments. At this stage, it cannot be said that there is no material against the petitioners. It is alleged in the complaint that even these petitioners being the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to withdraw the petitioner with liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if any filed against the petitioners.
4. In the light of the above submission, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
5. I.ANo.2/2023 is disposed of."
2. It is submitted, on instructions, that in view of the above extracted orders, identical order may be passed in the present petition also. Submission is placed on record.
