That the present writ petition was filed challenging the e-auction sale notice dated 14/07/2024 issued by the Respondent Bank and seeking protection of the residential property mentioned in the schedule to the writ petition. 2. That the Respondent has neither entered an appearance through an advocate nor contested the writ petition from the inception of the proceedings. 3. That during the pendency of the present case, the Petitioner has cleared and discharged the entire outstanding loan amount due to the Respondent Bank under the time settlement scheme. And the loan account has been closed. The copy of the loan closure certificate provided by the Respondent Bank is marked and produced as Annexure-A. 4. That in view of the above, the prayer made in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
