ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly of respondents 3 to 5, at the instance of respondent 6 to 9 and others, in insisting the Petitioners to appear before their authority, yield and settle to the terms of Respondents 6 to 9 and others and vacate from their Agricultural Land property of Ac 17.19 Cents and further extent of Ac 10.50 Cents covered by Sy. 2. Heard Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the representation of the petitioners two crimes have registered against the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of.

5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
