Co. Ltd. And Another: Civil Appeal No(s).001198/2025 and other connected matters, in terms that, instead of the compensation of Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner- workman would be entitled for a lump sum [2025:RJ-JP:36613] (2 of 2) [CW-19835/2018] compensation of Rs.1,50,000/-.
