The Petition coming on for hearing, upon Perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High court order dated 22.10.2024, 05.ll.2024,ll.ll.2024 & ll.12FO24 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sri v.NiteSff Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ++ Tin+i++ ir+ ry++Lj ++i+ 1 L* THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY £B±nfl±LNA±±E±!±!Q±!+NO : 7181 orm ORDER: The CrimI'naI Petition, u/sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A46 to grant anticipatory bail in connectl'on with crime No.210/2O24 of Tadipatri Town Police Station, Ananthapuramu District. 2. A case has been registered the petitioner and others for the offences Punishable under sectl'on 147,148, 506,1-`88, 324, 427, 307 r/w 149 lPC. 3, Case of the prosecutI'On I-n brI'efiS that.I on 14.5.2024 at about 3.30 pm4`at Ragithotapalem, Tadipatri town, Al and his sons and followers i.e. A2 to A62 and some others formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and armed with deadly weapons, hurled stones and attacked with sticks and also damaged property and in that incident the defacto complainant sustained bleeding injuries on his left side of eye and he took treatment in Tadl'patri town, due to political rivalry between two opposite groups. Basing on the report given by the defacto complainant, the FIR came to be registered. 4, Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assl'stant public prosecutor submI'tS that the investigation is still pending and some more witnesses are yet to be examined. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that there were as many as seven cases registered against both the parities. There \\ was a quarrel ensued between the defacto complainant and the accused party. ln connection wit-h -,that, some stones were thrown by the persons belonging to both the sides wherein the defacto complainant sustained injury on his eye. The alleged incident is said to have taken place on 14.5.2024. Quite surprl®singly complaint was gl'ven on o9.10.2024 and there is no explanation as to why so much delay has been caused in lodging the report. No specific overt acts have been attributed against this petitioner in particular. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this court Its inclined to grant the prayer of the petl'tioner for anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petitioner/A46 shall be released on bail on his executI'ng a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when requl-red and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 8.
