order dated 24.02.2012 /14.03.2012 passed in Land Dispute Resolution case no. 54/2011 by the learned court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Arawal (contained in annexure-1 and 2
Patna High Court CWJC No.19470 of 2014(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 respectively).”
3. Paragraph-8 of the counter-affidavit shows that a Title Suit no. 221 of 2011 is pending between the parties before the Civil Court, Arwal.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
