The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of orders dated 02.05.2001 (Annexure P-5) and 22.05.2001 (Annexure P-6) whereby order dated 11.05.1999 (Annexure P-3) was withdrawn. 2. The petitioner was regularized as Turbine Attendant vide order dated 11.05.1999. The said order came to be withdrawn by impugned order dated 02.05.2001. This Court while issuing notice of motion stayed operation of impugned order. 3. The petitioner joined service in November’ 1988. The impugned order cancelling his regularization was passed on 22.05.2001. A Division Bench of this Court while issuing notice of motion stayed the said order vide order dated 24.05.2001. It is made clear that nothing observed hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion of this Court on merits of the case and it should not be treated as a precedent. 6.
