Pathak, A.P.P. --- 05 / 20.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 84 of 2024 arising out of Kersai P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) / 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, but charge has been framed under section 103(1) / 3(5) / 238 and 61(2) (a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhia, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. 3. On 19.07.2024, daughter of the Informant Prema Minz was murdered. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner, axe which was used in committing murder of the deceased was recovered. 4. From perusal of the postmortem report, it appears apart from several injuries found on the person of the deceased, she was also throttled to death. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
