The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 439 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 33 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 325, of I.P.C., P.S. Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahar, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 22.9.2020, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Khurja Bulandshahar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
