JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 30.04.2025 By this petition petitioner is seeking a direction upon respondent no. 2 to expeditiously decide the application titled “Mohd. Ashraf and Ors. Vs. Abhinav Sharma and Ors.” within a period of two months from today. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the application under the Payment of Wages Act was filed against the petitioner by 28 applicants in the year 2022 the response and the written arguments have already been filed by the petitioner, but the application which is pending before respondent no. 2 has not been decided till date.. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the application filed against the petitioner within a reasonable period of time. Mr. Rajesh Thappa, learned GA representing the official respondents states that he is not averse to the preposition made hereinabove by learned counsel for the petitioner.
