Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS as respondent No. 4 and Shri. Razouseyi Vese as respondent No. 5 in the connected COP(C)/31/2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Ayala Imchen. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the COP(C)/31/2022 the respondent No. 2 has been Page No.# 3/3 transferred out and respondent No. 3 has retired from service, and in their place Shri. Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS is taking charge as the new Principal Director, Department of School Education, Nagaland and Shri. Razouseyi Vese has taken over as the new Director of School Education Department. And by this Court’s order dated 25.11.2025, the petitioners were allowed to take steps to implead the new incumbents. 4. It is therefore, prayed that the new incumbents Shri. Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS maybe impleaded as respondent No. 4 and Shri. Razouseyi Vese maybe impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the COP(C)/31/2022, which is pending disposal before this Court. 5. The court has considered the prayer, and the petition is allowed. The petitioner/applicant shall file an amended cause title showing the name of Shri. Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS as respondent No. 4 and Shri. Razouseyi Vese as respondent No. 5 in the COP(C)/31/2022 and thereafter, take steps for notice on the newly impleaded respondents by Inland Speed Post Documents as well as usual process within 3 (three) working days.
