Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has submitted his application on 27.07.2018 before the respondent no. 2 i.e. Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Raipur and the same has not been decided by the authority till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is still pending before the RTO Raipur, the same will be verified and if the application is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of 45 days in accordance with law. 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties and perused the document. 5. Looking to the aforesaid submission made by the State counsel, the writ petition is disposed off.
