The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 8 litres codeine cough syrup, 12 finer scanning machines and one mobile phone were recovered from house of this petitioner. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and recovery of huge quantity of codein syrup from the house of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
