The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.786 of 2023 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. It appears that the marriage has been performed between the parties in the year 2021 and the present original suit has been filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. 4. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, Original Suit No.786 of 2023 is hereby transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 5.
