He would also submit since the petitioner was never conveyed the impugned arm license cancellation order; he may be delayed in preferring the appeal. Therefore, the delay may also be condoned. Permission is accorded. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In so far as the delay condonation application is concerned, the petitioner is always liberty to seek such remedy before the appropriate forum revealing the reasons for delay.
