Learned counsel appearing for the 6*^ respondent would submit that the issue in the present writ petition is covered with the order, dated 19.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20312 of 2023 well as the order, dated 05.03.2020 of this Court in W.P.No.5677 of 3. as 2020. As per the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the issue involved in this matter and the issue raised in the W.P.No.20312 of 2023, are one and the same and the said issue was decided with the 4. 3 order, dated 19.02.2024 of this Court in W.P.No.20312 of 2023. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioners herein to raise their grievance before the authorities of Department of Telecommunications or the District Level Telecom Committee. 5.
