JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 18/09/2025 : Instant application has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of petitioner for recalling the order dt.21.05.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed for want of prosecution while giving liberty to the petitioner move an application for revival of the revision petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has surrendered himself before the ld. Trial Court on 12.09.2025. For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application & upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the application is allowed. The order dt.21.05.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is hereby, recalled. S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.571/2020 is restored to its original number.
