The present application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.12347 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.45 of 2024 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station-Medical College, District-Meerut, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 21.1.2025 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the relevant documents may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
