Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Telaiya PS Case No. 282 of 2024, registered under Sections 25 (1-B) a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 26.10.2024, Telaiya police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused Vicky Yadav from a place near Moriyanva Kurha and on search a country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than three months. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya PS Case No. 282 of 2024.
