Division no. 4, Ludhiana, Punjab and Sh. Ajay Kumar, S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar, R/o House No. 187119, Killa Mohalla, Dareshi Ground, P.S. Division no. 4, Ludhiana, Punjab have produced Sh. Ram Lal, S/o Sh. Kodru Ram, R/o Village Patingly, P.O. Mashobra, Tehsil and District Shimla, H.P. as their surety. Learned counsel for the respondents has identified the respondents and their surety. Photographs of the respondents and surety are affixed and personal bond(s) in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount have been furnished today. Along with personal bond(s), copy of Aadhar Card(s) of the respondents and surety along with copy of Jamabandi for the year 2018-2019 have been furnished.
