Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher (L.T. Grade) vide order dated 06.09.2005. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought benefit of Old Pension Scheme on the ground that the process of selection, pursuant to which he was appointed, was initiated much before enforcement of New Pension Scheme. 4. Learned State Counsel has produced in Court, written instructions dated 12.02.2025, received from Chief Education Officer, Udham Singh Nagar, which is taken on record. 5. From the written instructions, it is revealed that benefit of Old Pension Scheme has been granted to the petitioner. 6. Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary, learned counsel for petitioner thus submits that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in view of stand taken by respondent in the written instructions. 7.
