This is an application filed under section-5 of limitation the Act, seeking Condonation of delay for 321 (three hundred twenty-one) days in preferring the connected appeal against the Award dated 16.10.2023 passed in MAC Case no. 40 of 2018. By the Order dated 03.12.2024, this Court on perusal of the application indicated that the grounds contained in application, more particularly the contents of paragraph-7 is not satisfactory. Accordingly, the applicant was granted time to file additional affidavit, providing opportunity for improvement. However, the application has not been improved till date. On the contrary the applicant kept on taking adjournment and remains absent on 24.01.2025. Today also no one appears on behalf of the applicant on call.
