Shiv Pujan and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 299 of 2017, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Nautanwa, District- Maharajganj as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 18.12.2017, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj. Delay in filing the present application is explained. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
