Case No. 381/2024 arising out of Barwadda P.S. Case No. 79/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 120B and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad. 3. On 13.04.2023, the petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the brother of the informant causing firearm injuries. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2023. It was further submitted that co-accused Durga Prasad Saw against whom there is allegation of firing has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 390 of 2024. 5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
