The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) and 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. 3. It was submitted that 125 grams of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with N.D.P.S.
