1. The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer:-
“10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct to respondent authorities consider to representation of the petitioner. and decide the 10.2) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has moved his representation on 09.06.2025 before the respondent No.6, which is still pending and no decision has been taken on her pending representation, therefore, she may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents No. 2 and 3 to redress her grievances.
3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel and submits that they have no objection, if such a direction is being made to file a fresh representation to the respondents No. 2 and 3 and they will decide the same in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition.
5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and also in view of the documents annexed with the petition, the petitioner is
directed to make her fresh representation within 02 weeks from the date
3 of receipt of the copy of this order, if such a representation is made by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the respondents No. 2 and 3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits within a further period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation after providing the opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
