Following order was passed in the matter on 05.09.2025:- “Smt. Raj Kumari, Deputy Registrar, is present in person and has assured for implementing the judgment in its letter and spirit by applying the decision rendered in Sunder Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. (Civil Appeal No. 6309/2017) and Paras Ram Vs. State of H.P. & Anr. (LHLJ 2009 (2) 887) in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within two days. Pursuant to the above order, learned counsel for the respondent-University has placed on record office instructions dated 08.09.2025 from its Registrar, in terms of which, case of the petitioner has now been decided under the consideration order passed on 08.09.2025. The said consideration order holds the petitioner entitled to pensionary benefits. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after completion of codal formalities, the pension due and admissible to the petitioner shall be released within four weeks from today.
