1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order/ letter dated 19.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) issued by the respondent no. 2.
3 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner in person after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition. He is also praying he is appearing as petitioner in person, therefore, he has been removed from his services.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
