The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 11/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 859/2023 and S.T. Case No. 441/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 307 & 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. 3. On 08.01.2023, the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted several knife blows on his wife, due to which, she succumbed to her injuries. When the informant tried to intervene, she was also assaulted. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years. It was further submitted that five witnesses have already been examined in this case. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
