Mr.Sidharth Jalta, Deputy Advocate General for the respondents. CMP(M) No.1488 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the application duly supported by the affidavit of the applicant, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Accordingly, delay of 108 days, as confirmed by the office, is condoned. Appeal be registered. Application stands disposed of. LPA No. 701 of 2025 Inter-alia submits that the writ petition has been dismissed in limine without calling for the reply. It is submitted that in similar circumstance, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted the benefit to a person belonging to a reserved caste from the other State on account of the fact that she got married with the person of the same status belonging to the State of Himachal Pradesh and was also issued the Himachali bonafide certificate. It is submitted that the learned Single Judge has neither taken into consideration the aforesaid judgment, nor reply was called from the State. Notice. Mr. Sidharth Jalta, learned Deputy Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The State is also directed to file response within a period of four weeks.
