This application has been filed by the respondent seeking directions to the Registry to release the awarded amount deposited by the petitioner in the changed name of the respondent, Subhash Bharti, formerly known as S.S. Yadav. 2. It is stated that vide Order dated 31.03.2006, petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the Awarded amount along with the interest. However, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 05.05.2025, dismissed the present petition for non-prosecution and directed the Registry to release the deposited amount to the respondent/applicant. 3. It is stated that despite the Court directions in the order dated 05.05.2025, due to mismatch in the names, the respondent/applicant could not get the amount withdrawn from the Registry. Along with the application, the applicant has annexed the copies of his Aadhar Card, Passport and Pancard. This is a digitally signed order.
