The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.) P.S. Case No. 54/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii), 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Simdega. 3. On 21.10.2024, Jaldega Police apprehended the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons. On search, 9.42 kgs of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph-16 of this Bail Application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Simdega in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.)
