The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- ANURADHA TIWARI Digitally signed by ANURADHA TIWARI Date: 2025.06.28 11:36:41 +0530 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and further be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Crime No. 149/2018 registered at Police Station Patewa, District - Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420, 409, 34, 120 of Indian Penal Code, section 3, 4, 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978 and section 10 of Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositor's Interest Act, 2005, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other writs and direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum. 4.
