Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. Statement of the victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C in which she has stated that the petitioner had raped her. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
