1. With the consent of the parties, the present matter is heard finally. 2. The present petition is filed by the petitioner praying for the following

“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased
to
issue
an
appropriate writ/order/direction to direct the respondent’s authorities to decide the Second Appeal Case No. ,/6535/2024/ Sakti, within stipulated time. 10.2 That, any other writ, order, directions or relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. 10.3 This, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records.”

Brief facts of the case is that on 15.01.2024 the petitioner has moved an application under Right to Information before respondent no. 3 Public Information Officer, Secretary, Gram Panchayat Charpara, Janpad Panchayat Malkharauda, District Sakti (C.G.) for providing register of proceeding of Gram Panchayat Charpara, Janpad Panchayat Malkharauda, District Sakti (C.G.) for the financial year of 1997 from 01.04.1997 to 31.03.1998 but respondent no. 3 has not given information to petitioner. The petitioner has preferred a First Appeal before Respondent no. 2 which was dismissed on 28.03.2024. On 03.05.2024 the petitioner preferred a Second Appeal which was registered on 31.12.2024 and next date was given on 08.11.2027 which is pending. On 06.01.2025 the petitioner has moved an application for urgent hearing before respondent no. 1. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of hearing is
3 given in the year 2027 after two years. He, therefore, prayed for a direction to the respondents to expedite the proceedings. 5. Learned State Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner may redress his grievance before the concerned authority. 6.
I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 7. The petitioner is seeking appropriate direction of this Hon’ble Court to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and decide the Second Appeal within stipulated time. The petitioner may file appropriate application before appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance, if he desire. This Court does not find any good ground to entertain this petition. 8. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Sd/-
