Learned Additional Advocate General apprises the Court that the services of the petitioner have been regularized in terms of the judgment in issue upon completion of 10 years of service against Class-IV post on regular basis. He further submits that Employment Disbursing Officer has been directed to do the needful to ensure that whatever is due to the petitioner is released in his favour. This fact is acknowledged by learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. In light of these developments, this execution petition is disposed of with the observation that the arrears be positively paid to the petitioners in terms of the judgment in issue within three months from today. If needful is not done within three months, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application for revival of this petition.
