K V RAGHU VEER The Court made the following ORDER: The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 11.11.2011 in W.P.No.18916 of 2005. 2. The petitioners filed W.P.No.18916 of 2005 to direct the respondents to implement the orders dated 03.12.2002 passed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh Education (PS) Department in its Memo No.20627/PS-1/1997. The said writ petition was disposed of with the following direction. “In view of the foregoing discussion and the law laid down in the decisions of the Apex Court (supra), the respondents are directed to pay arrears of pay and other statutory benefits as per the then existing pay revisions to the petitioners with effect from the date of regularization of their services i.e. 01.07.1997 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2 3. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the order was not complied with. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide Rc.No.DEO-ADM/5/2018-JA (AIDEDPS)-DEOVSP, dated 28.02.2018. 5. A perusal of the proceedings would indicate that the respondents paid the amounts, and the same have been received by the petitioners. The petitioners also acknowledged the same by putting their signatures. 6. When the matter was listed on 04.03.2025, there was no representation for the petitioners, and the matter was adjourned to 06.03.2025, directing the registry to list the case in the caption for orders. Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the petitioners. 7. As seen from the aforementioned proceedings dated 28.02.2018, the petitioners received the amounts. The order dated 11.11.2011 in W.P.No.18916 of 2005 has been complied with. 8. Since the order dated 11.11.2011 in W.P.No.18916 of 2005 has been complied with, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
