Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the petitioner has already filed his representations on 22.09.2021, 23.09.2022 and 11.07.2023 (Annexure P/3 to P/5), which have not been decided by the respondent authorities till date and respondent authorities may be directed to take a decision on his pending representations in accordance with law. 3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the respondents respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the pending representations of the petitioner dated 22.09.2021, 23.09.2022 and 11.07.2023 (Annexure P/3 to P/5) within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, on its own merits. 3 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order along with the pending representations dated 22.09.2021, 23.09.2022 and 11.07.2023 (Annexure P/3 to P/5) within a period of 02 weeks from today to the respondents No. 2 and 3. 6.
