By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking quashment of Annexure P-1 A & B issued by the respondent authority dated 19.12.2024 & 27.12.2024 by which the notification regarding the reservation in ward of Municipal Corporation Mugali has been notified by the prescribed authority. 2. Learned State counsel referring to pg No. 52 Annexure P-5, of the writ petition submits that the petitioner has already submitted an appeal under Rule 6 (5) of the C.G. Nagar Palika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994 which is pending consideration before the District Collector/ District Election Officer, Mungeli. He would further submit that the appeal which is pending before the Collector will be considered and decided in accordance with law by tomorrow itself. 3. On the basis of the submission made by the State counsel, Collector is directed to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner by tomorrow. 4.
