On instructions received from the Managing Director HRTC, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that a sum of ₹23,97,161/- stands deposited in the account of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner vouches for the same and submits that, on account of the payments so made, the entire liability towards the petitioner stands liquidated by the respondent-Corporation.
