This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 7064 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 239 of 2022 under Section 307 I.P.C., and Section 3/5/25/7 Arms Act and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Bansdeeh Road, District- Ballia pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) F.T.C./ A.C.J.M, Ballia expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant of the aforesaid case. It is further submitted that the cognizance has been taken on 24.4.2024 and the Court concerned is taking lenient view even commit the case before the Sessions Court for fair and regular trial. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 5. It reveals from the perusal of the record that even after passing the committal order the record of the case has not been sent to the Sessions Court and the matter is still pending for verification of bail bonds before the Magistrate Court. 6. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to send the record of the case to the Sessions Court immediately and further the trial Court shall make all possible endevours to decide the matter expeditiously provided the applicant before this Court offers all his assistance and support to the Court. 7. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder of the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and execution authorities, advocates, parties to the case, staff etc. are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 8.
