Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction thereby quashing the vide "Annexure-A" directing the respondents to allot the seat for petitioner in Government/reputed colleges - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1947-DB WP No. 19118 of 2023 in Karnataka under 2A category in 2nd round in UGNEET 2023. b. To grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice." 2. We notice that an interim order has been passed on 01.09.2023 holding that respondent Nos.2 to 4/Authority shall permit the petitioner to upload the correct document as regards his claim for 2A category and permit him to thereby participate in the second round of UGNEET 2023 counselling in accordance with the norms. 3. In view of the interim order passed and in view of the fact that the admission concerned is for the year 2023, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for consideration except to state that benefits, if any, which have accrued to the petitioner on account of the interim order, shall not be disturbed. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1947-DB WP No. 19118 of 2023 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of without affecting the rights of the petitioner which have been accrued on the basis of the interim order passed.
