On 09.07.2024 at about 09:00 P.M., the motorcycle of the informant parked outside his shop was stolen away by unknown persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents.
