The application is for transfer of the proceedings bearing HMP No. 213 of 2024 pending before learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Chalisgaon to Family Court, Dhule to avoid conflicting decision otherwise the respondent - husabnd is required to appear before the court at Dhule as the applicant- wife has filed proceeding under provision of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act at Dhule. 2. It is the case of the applicant that she is residing at 1 of 3 2025:BHC-AUG:8962 (2) 4mca333.24 Dhule. The proceeding under provision of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is pending at Dhule. 3. The learned advocate for respondent-husband vehemently opposed the application. He submits that the respondent is ready to bear traveling expenses of the applicant- wife whenever she attends the proceeding at Chalisgaon. 4. Taking into consideration convenience of applicant wife following order: ORDER (i) The Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause-B. (ii) The applicant at at liberty to file application for clubbing the proceedings. (iii) After the proceeding is transferred, the learned Family Court, Dhule shall try to dispose of the 2 of 3 (3) 4mca333.24 proceeding as early as possible and preferably within eighteen months from the date of transfer. (iii) The Family Court shall give suitable dates considering the dates given in other proceedings. (iv) The respondent is at liberty to request the concerned Court for appearing through video conference.
