No.81/2019, arising out of Simariya P.S. Case No.66/2011 for the offence under sections 364 (A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Session Judge-IV, Chatra. On 26.12.2011, husband of the informant was abducted by unknown persons for ransom. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court.
