The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 80/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 422/2023, for the offences registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. & Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Jaya Smita Kujur, learned J.M., 1st Class, Lohardaga. 3. The Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1545 of 2024 by order dated 04.04.2024. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than one and a half year. It was further submitted that the informant has been examined and he has not identified the petitioner in the dock. 5. Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Jaya Smita Kujur, learned J.M., 1st Class, Lohardaga or her successor in connection with Kuru P.S.
