Heard Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the FIR against the complaints dated 23.11.2019 and 13.12.2019 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that no crime has been registered on the representations made by the petitioner, since the petitioner did not turn up to the notice issued under Section 160 Cr.P.C. 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies. 4 6. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
