The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Authorities to connect the electricity connection of the petitioner's pumping set. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that there is some factual dispute. The petitioner has already represented his grievance before the Executive Engineer concerned vide application dated 10.02.2025. 4. Considering the facts of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.4-Executive Engineer/ Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Chitaipur, District Varanasi to consider the application dated 10.02.2025 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.6 and 7 within a period of four weeks from the date a true attested copy of this order is filed before the respondent No.4 alongwith a photocopy of the application dated 10.02.2025.
