Heard Mr.Vikas Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Sakib Ahmed, learned Penal Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 & 2 and Mr.Ashwin Panicher, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 CrPC with following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the charge sheet bearing Crime No. 321 / 2020 registered at police station Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa (C.G.) for offence punishable U/S 498 A/34 of I.P.C. as well as Criminal Case No.1275/2021 pending in Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa (C.G.), in the interest of Justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the petitioners are concerned, they are sisters-in-law of respondent No.3 and sisters of co-accused Anil Kumar Sahu and it is stated that with respect to other family members of the petitioners and in-laws of respondent No.3, compromise has taken place and proceedings have been culminated on the basis of compromise. 4. So far as the present proceedings agianst the petitioners are concerned, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 3 submits that he has no objection if the proceedings against the present petitioners be also quashed and admitted the fact that a compromise has already been taken place between the family members of the petitioners and respondent No.3. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parites, criminal proceedings pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa in Criminal Case No.1275/2021 arising out of Crime No.321/2020 registered at Police Station Janjgir for offence under Section 498A/34 of the IPC are hereby quashed. 6.
